Chef Dawn and her team create a fun and exciting menu that incorporates local produce with a sophisticated plate presentation. We specialize in Dry Aged Beef which is all done in-house. The dry aging process takes all of our cuts of beef goes through 11 to 14 days of the dry aging before it is grilled to perfection. Our dining room also offers local seafood where some of our oysters come from the Linkhorn Bay right outside the clubhouse. At the Cavalier Golf and Yacht Club we cater to all dining experiences from fine dining to a casual bar atmosphere.

Our dining facility is broken into five different and distinct dining venues. The Lynnhaven Room is ideal for semi-formal to fine dining while overlooking the Linkhorn Bay. The Sanctuary offers semi private dining and is ideal for small private parties from 2 to 25. The Keep is our wine room that holds 67 member wine lockers, soft seating, a fireplace and a beautiful granite top table with can seat up to 10 which is perfect for a small casual party to a formal wine diner. The Banks Grill is our casual bar which 4 flat screen TVs one of which has a video of the 18th green. The bar holds 6 drafts beers, a wine cuvee that holds 8 high end wines by the glass and a variety of liquors from name brands to specialty liquors.The Redan Deck is our outdoor dining that offers casual dining and scenic views of the Linkhorn Bay and the 18th green plus 2 fire pits; 1 fire pit has soft seating and is ideal for cocktails and the other can seat up to 12 for a casual dinner.

At the Cavalier Golf and Yacht Club we are open 6 days a week from Tuesday to Sunday and are able to cater to you from a casual lunch to a business lunch meeting or from a relaxing dinner to a fine dining atmosphere.
